What you’ll need:
Brown construction paper
Lighter Brown construction paper
Large “google eyes” from a craft store
Small red pompoms from a craft store
Trace a children’s shoe on the darker brown construction paper then cut it out for the head.
Trace your child’s hands on the lighter brown construction paper and cut out to make antlers
Glue the eyes, antlers, and pompom (for the nose) to the head
There you have it! A reindeer that is fun to make, and it gets your child involved because you’re using their shoe, and their hands in the project…they’ll instantly feel connected to it.
